The Gold Service Agreement

With our Gold Service Agreement, you can ensure your air conditioning service includes 2 visits per year, where our HVAC maintenance experts will: clean the coils during the AC check, check and adjust the thermostat, inspect the heat exchanger, and lubricate the fan or pump motor. We will also check blower motor amps, inspect the filter system (cleaning and replacing the filter*), and check and clean the pilot burner and flame rod. Safety controls will be assessed, as well as the heat rise adjustment. Additionally, we will check and clean the condensate pump and lines, test for carbon monoxide, and inspect the humidifier damper. Our thorough service includes inspecting gas piping, chimney and venting systems, as well as cleaning the burners, blower, and secondary heat exchanger. We will check and adjust the firing rate, inspect and adjust electrical connections, and assess system airflow. Our technicians will identify the system switch or breaker and perform a camera inspection. We’ll also inspect coolant levels and pressure, wiring, contacts, capacitors, and relays, as well as inspect the evaporator coil and clean the condenser. Lastly, we’ll check the outdoor disconnect and inspect the condenser fan motor and blades, ensuring the compressor is functioning correctly at startup.
